HOW to start with 8051 microcontroller on KEIL'S

How To start with Keil's software
                 

                       install Keil
            double click on sortcut icon a Desktop



Fig 1 : when we open the software * keil uvision4*




Fig 2 : move the cursor to PROJECT , then select new uvision project.

Fig 3: A new window opens up ,  make a storge drive destination folder give your file a name and SAVE it.

Fig 4 : A new window pops up ,select the micro controller AT89C51, press OK.


Fig 5 : press NO if you are  working on assembly language. press YES if you are working on C language.


Fig 6 : On the left side panel select target, right click on SOURCE GROUP , select  ADD NEW ITEM TO GROUP "SOURCE GROUP 1"



Fig 7: select ASM /.C FILE(S) , give your file a name and then press ADD.


Fig 8: write a program and when you are done press TRANSLATE, BUILD AND REBUILD.


Fig 9 : press DEBUG , then press START/STOP DEBUG SESSION.


Fig 10: Press OK.

Fig 11:  Press (Tab + F11)


Fig 12: for hex format press FLASH , then press " CONFIGURE FLASH TOOLS".

Fig 13: A new window pops up, press TARGET ,enter 11.0592MHz  in Xtal.
